2. Description of Service

LimeReader provides image processing and PDF conversion services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LimeReader, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use the service for any illegal purposes
• Not upload content that violates intellectual property rights

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Subscription Users: Subscription users have access to unlimited processing and premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Lifetime Users: Lifetime users receive permanent access to all features with no recurring charges. Lifetime licenses are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser's account.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@limereader.app with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions: Refunds are not available for: (1) Free plan users, (2) Requests made after 14 days from purchase, (3) Violations of our terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

LimeReader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
